Delivery Policy

In case of instant payment (credit card or PayPal purchase), the order is processed online and messaging credits will be deposit into the Customer account.

For other payment types, we will start processing the order after we receive the payment which may take up to 7-10 business days.

There is no physical delivery for (e.g. CD-ROM media via post) for ZendSMS services. Service is transactional base carryout through our website: https://www.zendsms.com/oms.asmx
